Who would you rather have running the country?  Frank Spencer would be a better Prime Minister, than the likes of David Cameron or Nick Clegg.  With Mr Spencer you'd be able to predict bad things happening.  But with politicians its different.  You can't read any of their political lines.  Frank Spencer is hilarious, but in a small kind of Autistic way.  At least with his confusion and muddlement, you can read clearer than a two pence piece.  I always loved this character, when I was a youngster.  He made me laugh at jokes that weren't neurotypical.
