I Do My Best by Mark Parry.

I do my best because I'm only an Aspie.
A little consideration it goes a long way.
I love to be reminded of the Good Times.
And I throw away the very bad moments.
Through the windows of regret.
Aspies have feelings and emotions too.
My childhood was a wonderful place.
And it still exists in a small corner of now.
When I look at the winter-snow.
I see my childhood remains intact.
I throw snowballs in the freezing weather.
And the past all comes back to me.
My tears start to fall onto the snow.
Then real friends start to show up.
Their faces have a glint of perfection.
And then I return to being a youngster.
